Try this easy Punjabi puttu

Punjabi puttu is a delicious and colourful dish prepared with lots of veggies. Check out the recipe.

Ingredients
200 gms carrot
200 gms mushroom
200 gms paneer
30 gms garlic
100 gms onion
30 gms green chillies
30 gms coriander leaves
30 gms grated coconut
400 gms puttu powder
Salt as required
5 gms cumin powder
5 gms pepper powder
30 gms ghee

Preparation
Cut the carrot, mushroom, paneer, garlic, green chillies and onion into small pieces
Mix the puttu powder with water and salt as required without forming lumps
Heat ghee in a pan
Sauté garlic and green chillies
Into it add carrot, paneer and mushroom
Sauté well
Add salt, cumin powder, pepper powder and coriander powder
Mix well
Add grated coconut in the puttu steamer
Now add the puttu powder and then the veggie mix as the next layer
Finally, add one more layer of grated coconut
Cook in steam
Enjoy the delicious Punjabi puttu.
