Ingredients
500 gms chicken
2 big onions
1 tbsp crushed ginger – garlic
2 tbsp pepper corns
1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
3 Kashmiri chillies
1 tsp cumin
¼ tsp turmeric powder
Salt as required
½ cup water
1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation
Dry roast pepper corns, fenugreek seeds, Kashmiri chillies and cumin seeds
Once cooled, grind them into fine powder
Heat oil in a pan
Sauté onions until they turn golden in color
Grind the sautéed onions
Heat oil in another pan
Sauté the crushed ginger and garlic
Add the chicken pieces
Into it add the masala powder
Now add the curry leaves, salt and turmeric powder
Pour some water
Mix well
Cook with the lid on
After 15 minutes add the onion paste
Give everything a good mix
Finally, add curry leaves, coriander leaves and lemon juice
Enjoy pepper chicken roast with roti, chapatti or porotta.
