Ingredients
1 ½ tbsp cornflour
1 cup milk
½ cup sugar
2 cups thick yoghurt (hang the yoghurt in a fine piece of cloth to draw out the water)
250 gms ripe mangoes (cut in ¼ inch square pieces)
2 tbsp fried cashews (cut into small bits)
Mango and pieces to decorate

Preparation
Mix the cornflour in some milk
Pour the rest of the milk and mix without any lumps
Into it add sugar
Heat up the milk until it turns thicker
Allow this milk to cool down
Beat the yoghurt well
Into it add the thick milk mixture
Add the mango pieces too
Mix well
Transfer the pudding into glasses or dessert bowls
Garnish with mango, cherry pieces and cashews
Enjoy the mango dessert chilled.
