Ingredients
One cup of coconut
5 shallots
5 stalks of curry leaves
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder

Preparation
Fry all the above ingredients in coconut oil and grind it well
Heat coconut oil in a pan, add a teaspoon of mustard seeds, curry leaves and a cup of shallots and sauté for 5 minutes
Add half a tomato sliced and two chopped green chillies and fry that too
Add the masala mix into this, cover and cook
Then add 250 grams of prawns and salt and cook on low heat
Add curry leaves and a teaspoon of coconut oil and serve this delicious curry with rice.
