Soft and spongy tutti fruity cake could be easily made at home without adding eggs. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup yoghurt
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ cup oil
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ cup tutti fruity
¼ cup water

Preparation
Mix yoghurt, sugar, oil and vanilla essence in a bowl
Sift the all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda into the wet ingredients. Mix well
Add ¼ cup water into it and fold well
Now add the tutti fruity
Fold well
Pour the batter into a greased cake tin
Bake for 30 - 40 minutes in a pre-heated oven of 175 degrees
