Spicy beef pickle

It's a blast that occurs in your mouth the moment you get the smell of beef. Most of us would have tasted beef curries in different styles but what about beef pickle? You could eat plates full of rice with this tasty and spicy beef pickle. Here is the recipe.
Ingredients
3 kg beef
10 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
4 tbsp coriander powder
3 tbsp pepper powder
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp garam masala
2 cups + 3 tbsp vinegar
1 ¼ cup ginger juliennes
1 ¼ cups garlic (sliced)
10 green chillies
2 palm full of curry leaves
Salt as required
Oil as required
Preparation
Into a pressure cooker add the beef along with 4 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, 1 tbsp pepper powder, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp garam masala, 3tbsp vinegar and salt
Pressure cook the beef until 2 whistles
Open the cooker after the steam has been released completely
Scoop out the beef pieces into another vessel
Heat oil in a pan
Fry the cooked beef in hot oil; keep these aside to be used later
Transfer some of this oil into another pan
Sauté ginger, garlic, green chillies and curry leaves until they brown
Into it add the remaining chilli powder and pepper powder
Add salt as well
Mix well
Now pour the remaining vinegar and allow this to boil
Into this add the fried beef
Mix well and turn off the flame
The pickle tastes best when it is kept aside at least for a day
Store the beef pickle in airtight glass jars
