Homemade Kaju-pistachio roll

Celebrate this Diwali by making some delicious cashews and pistachio rolls at home. Check out the recipe of cashews and pistachio rolls.
Ingredients
200 gms cashews
40 gms pistachios
30 gms milk powder
180 gms sugar
80 ml of water
Green food colour (optional)
Preparation
Grind the cashews in a mixer jar and then pass it through a sieve
The cashew bits that are left in the sieve could be saved to be added in curries or biscuits
Mix milk powder into the cashew powder
Now grind the pistachios too into a fine powder
Prepare sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water until one string consistency
Add the cashew-milk powder into the sugar syrup
Mix well and keep it aside for 5 minutes or until the mixture begins to thicken up
Take powdered pistachios and a tablespoon of thick cashew-sugar mix on a sheet of butter paper
Mix well
Give the remaining cashew-sugar syrup mixture a good mix while it is still warm
Now place a sheet of butter paper over it
Roll it into a thin sheet using a rolling pin
Remove the butter paper
Shape the previously prepared pistachio-cashew mix into a log
Place this on the cashew sheet and roll
Roll and stretch well until it becomes thinner
Cut the cashew-pistachios roll into small pieces and enjoy.
