Rava dosa and restaurant-style beef curry are a match made in culinary heaven. Check out the recipes for this perfect combo.

Ingredients
Rava dosa:
250 gm semolina
3 tbsp grated coconut
2 tbsp yoghurt
1 small onion
½ tsp baking soda
Water as required
Salt as required
Restaurant style beef curry:
1 kg beef
1 tbsp + 2 tbsp coriander powder
2 tbsp + 1 tbsp chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp meat masala
1 tsp + 2 tsp garam masala
1½ tsp + 2 tsp pepper powder
6 +6 shallots
1 tbsp + 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
3 green chillies
3 tbsp oil
2 cinnamon sticks
3 tbsp coconut shards
2 onions
3 sprigs curry leaves
1 tomato
3 cardamom pods
Salt as required

Preparation
Rava dosa:
Put the semolina, grated coconut, yoghurt, onions and water into a mixer jar
Blend well
Add baking soda and salt into this batter
Mix well
Pour a ladle full of this batter on a hot greased pan
Make soft and thin dosas.
Restaurant-style beef curry:
Into a pressure cooker add the beef pieces, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 2 tbsp chilli powder, turmeric powder, meat masala, garam masala, 1½ tsp pepper powder, shallots, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, and 1 sprig curry leaves
Add salt as required
Mix well and cook
Heat oil in a pan and roast the cinnamon sticks
Then roast the ginger-garlic paste and coconut shards
Sauté the shallots
When the shallots turn brown add the onions
Sauté well
Now add the curry leaves and tomato
When the tomato is nice and mushy, add the rest of the coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala and pepper powder
Sauté until the raw smell of the powders is gone
Now add the cooked beef mix
Give everything a good mix
Cook for 5 minutes on low flame with the lid on
Finally add the curry leaves and the cardamom pods
Mix well and turn off the flame
Restaurant style beef curry is ready.
