Milk and tea powder aren't used in this refreshing herbal tea. It also has the goodness of fragrant herbs like curry leaves, tulsi, and lemongrass. Check out the recipe.
Ingredients
2 inch piece of lemon grass (you could also use curry leaves, tulsi, or Rosemary)
2 cinnamon sticks
6 cardamom pods
½ inch piece of ginger
2 cups water
Preparation
Boil water in a saucepan
Crush the lemon grass, cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods and ginger
Add these into the hot water
Mix well and allow them to infuse for at least 3 minutes
Pass through a strainer
Add some jaggery if you prefer having the tea sweet.
