Adai dosa is a tasty dish that is commonly cooked in Tamil Nadu. This breakfast dish made using multi-grains is a storehouse of nutrients. Here is the recipe for adai dosa.

Ingredients
1 glass ponni/idli rice
½ glass raw rice
3tbsp urad dal
½ glass split Bengal gram
8 dried chillies
1 tsp pepper powder
½ tsp cumin
1¼ tsp rock salt
½ tsp asafetida
Curry leaves

Preparation
Soak the ponni rice, raw rice, urad dal and split Bengal gram for at least 4 hours
Wash them well
Into a mixer jar add the soaked rice and gram, shallots, dried chillies, pepper, cumin, salt and curry leaves
Add some water as well
Grind this mixture into batter
Add asafetida into the batter and mix well
Rub oil on a pan
Pour a spoon full of batter on the hot pan
Rub some oil or ghee on the dosa
Flip and cook on both sides
Adai dosa tastes amazing with aviyal or chilli chutney.
