Tres leches pistachio milk cake without egg and oven

Extra moist and delicious cake- tres leches – when made perfectly can be the highlight of any party. Serve it as a dessert and win your loved ones' heart. Here is the recipe of Tres leches pistachio milk cake without egg and you don't need an oven.

Ingredients
For base cake (Vanilla)
20 tbsp all purpose flour/Maida
8 tbsp icing sugar
1 pinch salt
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
3 tbsp melted unsalted butter
½ glass condensed milk
¾ glass milk
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1 ½ tsp vinegar
For pistachio milk sauce
2 small tin evaporated milk
1 glass condensed milk
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp pistachio essence
Whipping cream
Crushed pista for decoration
Dry rose buds for decoration

Preparation
Pre-heat Kadai in stove around 15minutes in high flame.
Meanwhile, mix all dry ingredients.
Mix all purpose flour/maida, baking powder and baking soda and strain with a strainer to a bowl and keep it aside.
In a small bowl, add butter, oil and sugar.
Stir with a whisk or spoon until the sugar melts.
Add condensed milk and stir around 1-2 minutes.
In a glass of milk, add vanilla essence and vinegar then stir with a spoon and keep that aside (This is butter milk).
Now slowly add the dry ingredients to the condensed milk mix and mix slowly until dry ingredients dissolves.
Slowly add butter milk to the cake mix until we get a fine mix.
While pouring this mix in cake mould, it mix should fall like ribbon pattern (That€™s the right texture).
Place this in preheated Kadai and turn the flame into medium and keep around 30-35 minutes and the soft fluffy vanilla cake will be ready.
Keep the cake aside to cool down then cut that in to 3 layers.
To make the sauce
Take a pan and add evaporated milk when it starts boiling add condensed milk and sugar.
Stir 2-3 minutes and add pista essence.
It turns in to semi thick texture now turn off the gas.
To decorate
Take the first layer of cake and add the pistachio sauce and soak the cake layer.
Add some crushed pistachio and then spread whipping cream.
Repeat this step until we keep the third layer of cake.
Then add whipping cream into star nozzle and decorate the way you want and add crushed pistachio and rose buds.
The delicious Tres Leches pistachio milk cake is ready to be relished.
