The super soft and delicious naan is an unavoidable item in the menus at all the restaurants that serve tasty North Indian dishes. This extremely popular flatbread is loved by vegetarians as well, as eggs aren’t added in it. It is easier to prepare the eggless butter nan at home using all-purpose flour as the main ingredient. Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp yeast
2 tbsp hot milk
1 ½ tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
¼ litre hot milk

Preparation
Mix the yeast and sugar in 2 tbsp hot milk
Keep it aside for half an hour
In a bowl add the all purpose yeast, hot milk, oil, salt and the yeast mix as well
Mix well into soft dough
Rub 1 tbsp oil on the dough
Cover the dough using a piece of thick cloth
Keep the dough aside for at least 2 hours for it to rise
Make small balls and roll them
Sprinkle some sesame seeds as well
Cook hot on tawa until both sides bubble up nicely
You could sprinkle chilli flakes and ghee for extra punch
Enjoy with delicious curries.
