Ingredients
2 cups semolina
1 tsp crushed chillies
½ tsp chaat masala
Salt as required
Water to mix

Preparation
Grind the semolina into fine powder in a mixer jar
Mix the semolina powder with the crushed chillies, chaat masala and salt
Pour some water and mix into dough
Keep it aside for at least 20 minutes
Make small balls and shape it using the back side of a fork
Deep fry in hot oil.
