This recipe is a simple and healthy breakfast or lunch fix. You can whip this up in no time with even leftover chapathis.

Ingredients
4 chapathis (cut into small pieces)
2 boiled eggs (cut into small pieces)
2 onions
1 tomato
3 green chillies
Salt as required
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp pepper powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp chilli sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 sprigs curry leaves

Preparation
Heat coconut oil in a pan and sauté onions and green chillies
Add tomato, chilli powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt
Sauté for 5 minutes
Now add chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and soy sauce
Sauté well
Into it add the chapathi and the boiled egg pieces
Mix well
Add curry leaves
Give everything a good mix
Tastes best when enjoyed hot.
