Crispy ghee roast has always been one of the popular dosa varieties in Kerala. Here is a unique recipe which combines the ghee roast with gooey bull's eye. Bull's eye ghee roast is a filling meal which tastes amazing when had hot. Check out the recipe:

Ingredients
1 egg (1 bull's eye on each dosa)
Dosa batter
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper powder
¼ tsp chilli powder
Ghee as required
1 small onion (finely chopped)
Curry leaves (finely chopped)

Preparation
Grease the hot pan with ghee
Pour a ladle full of dosa batter and spread nicely
The dosa should be like a thin crepe
Sprinkle some ghee on top of the dosa
Now add the chopped onion and curry leaves as well
Crack open an egg on top of the dosa without breaking the yolk
Add the chilli powder, pepper powder and salt on the egg
Cook for 3 minutes
Enjoy the bull's eye ghee roast as a nutritious breakfast.
