Ingredients
1 cup gram flour
2 cups sugar
1 ½ cups melted ghee

Preparation
Into a the gram flour add the melted ghee slowly
Mix well
Save the remaining ghee for later
Prepare the sugar syrup by boiling the sugar in ¾ cup water
Stir until the sugar dissolves completely
When the sugar syrup begins to boil add the gram flour mixture
Mix well
It would take some time for the gram flour to get mixed well in the syrup; stir until then
Add the remaining ghee slowly and keep stirring
Stir until the moisture in the mixture is lost completely
Take it off the flame when the mixture separates from the sides of the vessel
Spread butter paper in a dish
Pour the Mysore pak mixture and spread evenly
Keep the Mysore pak aside for at least two hours for it to set
After the Mysore pak has set, cut into even pieces
Enjoy the delicious and super soft Mysore pak.
