Orange cake with zest

This orange cake is light, delicious and has the refreshing flavour of fresh oranges. Unlike other recipes, orange is used with the skin in this cake. Check out the pretty simple recipe of this special orange cake.
Ingredients
2 oranges
2 eggs
½ cup sugar
¼ cup oil
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
A pinch of baking soda
Preparation
Cut the oranges in half with the peel on
Remove the pits and then cut the oranges into smaller pieces
Transfer the orange pieces into a mixer jar
Add two eggs, sugar and oil as well
Blend well
Pass the all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda through a sieve
Add the orange-egg mixture into it
Fold well
Spread a sheet of butter paper in a cake tin
Pour the cake batter into the tin and bake.
Notes
You could also bake this cake in a pan on stove. Place the cake tin in a pan that has been pre heated for 10 minutes and bake.
