After making her favourite beetroot salad, Alia Bhatt is back in her kitchen with the second episode of her YouTube cooking series. In the latest episode of Alia Bhatt's Kitchen, she is making zucchini but South Indian style!

Her personal chef Dileep and help Carol can be seen directing and supporting her. The recipe used minimal oil and is super healthy given Alia's strict diet routine.

Ingredients
1 zucchini (cubed)
1/2 tbsp oil
1/4 tbsp black mustard seeds
Few curry leaves
1 green chilli (chopped)
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp jeera powder
1/4 tsp fennel powder
1/4 amchur
1 tsp hing or asefoteda
Coriander leaves for garnish

Preparation
Heat oil in pan
Splutter mustard seeds
Then add hing and curry leaves and green chillies and chopped zucchini
Add salt and toss everything together
Cover and cook till tender
Then add coriander, jeera, fennel, and amchur powder and cook
Add coriander leaves and serve.
