Ingredients
20 ml oil
½ tsp cumin
1 onion
1 tomato
½ inch ginger
3 cloves garlic
Moringa leaves
Coriander leaves
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper powder
¼ tsp chicken masala
1 cup oats
2½ cups water

Preparation
Heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin
Sauté the onion
Now add the tomato, ginger, garlic, moringa leaves, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, pepper powder, chicken masala and salt 
Sauté well
Pour some water
Add the oats when the water boils
Cook for 2 minutes
Tastes best when served hot.
