Ingredients
5-7 tsp ghee
1 cup grated yam
1 ½ cups milk
1 ½ cups sugar
Pinch of cardamom powder
Cashews to garnish (fried in ghee)

Preparation
Heat ghee in a pan on medium flame
Add the grated yam and sauté until the raw smell is gone
Meanwhile, boil the milk in another pan
Into the boiled milk add the sautéed yam and sugar. Mix well
Now add the cardamom powder and mix
Keep stirring until the dish begins to separate from the sides
Now transfer the dessert into a glass bowl
Garnish with cashews fried in ghee.
