Uluva kanji to rejuvenate during Karkidakam

Ingredients
1 cup whole grain brown rice
2 ½ tbsp fenugreek
1 ½ tbsp garden cress
2 tsp jaggery syrup
½ cup first extract of coconut milk
2 cups second extract of coconut milk
Preparation
Soak the fenugreek and garden cress in water for at least 8 hours.
Cook the soaked fenugreek and whole grain brown rice in the second extract of the coconut milk.
Into add the garden cress, jaggery syrup and the first extract of the coconut milk. Mix well.
Add some chopped shallots sautéed in ghee if required.
Consume hot.
