These chocolate cookies filled with oozing luscious chocolate can be made on the tawa. You don't even need maida or eggs!

Ingredients
¼ cup butter
½ cup sugar (or jaggery)
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup of wheat flour
½ tsp baking powder
1 pinch baking soda
1 ½ tbsp coco powder
3 tbsp milk
Chocolate pieces, as needed

Preparation
Whisk the butter well
When the butter becomes smooth add sugar or jaggery or brown sugar
To this mixture sift in the powders: wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa powder
Mix them well and add milk to it
Knead the mixture and make it into a dough
Make balls out of the dough and flatten on the palm
Place a piece of chocolate inside it and shape it into a cookie
Heat a tawa and place another pan on top of it
Spread a butter paper on top of it and cook the cookies at medium flame for 15 min with a lid on
Serve when cooled.
