Ingredients
1 bunch lettuce
¼ portion of a purple cabbage
1 cup sprout green grams
1 cup pomegranate seeds
Salt as required
Black pepper powder as required
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice of one lemon

Preparation
Cut the cabbage and lettuce into bite sized pieces
Add these into bowl along with the sprout green grams, pomegranate seeds, olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper as required
Mix well.
