Here is the recipe of a tasty dish which can be easily prepared with left over idiyappam.

Ingredients
¼ kg boneless chicken
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp turmeric powder
Salt as required
1 cup coconut milk
3 tsp oil
2 onions (finely chopped)
A piece of ginger (finely chopped)
Salt as required
1 tomato (finely diced)
Curry leaves as required
Coriander leaves as required
10 idiyappam (strands separated)

Preparation
Cook the chicken along with chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, coconut milk and salt as required
Into a blender add the cooked chicken and mince it coarsely
Heat oil in a pan
Add the onion and ginger
Sauté well by adding salt as required
Into it add the diced tomatoes and sauté well
Add the minced chicken and roast well
Add the idiyappam and mix well without breaking the strands.
