Here is a unique recipe of spicy curry in which green chillies are the main ingredient. The dish has a distinct flavour and colour.

Ingredients
1 cup green chillies (chopped)
3 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp fenugreek powder
1 tsp asafoetida powder
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 1/2 tsp sugar
5 sprigs of curry leaves
5 bird's eye chillies (opened)
4 tbsp Indian tamarind (vaalan puli) water
Coconut oil, salt, and hot water as required

Preparation
Heat oil in a pan
Add chopped green chillies
Fry well and keep it aside
Into the same pan, add mustard seeds, bird's eye chillies, and curry leaves
Add ginger-garlic paste and shallots
Sauté well
Add turmeric powder and chilli powder
When it is roasted well, pour hot water, and tamarind water
Add salt as required
Boil this mixture
Add the fried green chillies, fenugreek powder, asafoetida powder, and sugar
Mix well
Green chilli curry is an excellent side dish for rice.
