Chatti Pathiri: tantalise your taste buds this Bakrid

Chatti Pathiri, a popular Malabar dish from Kerala is the most commonly dish for Bakrid or Eid-ul-Azha. Bakrid, the festival commemorating prophet Ibrahim's act of sacrifice, will be celebrated with traditional piety and pomp. Here's the recipe for this Eid.
Ingredients
For egg stuffing
1 tbsp ghee
2 finely sliced onions
2 green chillies
1 tbsp pepper powder
4 eggs
1 tsp mint leaves
1 tsp coriander leaves
For chicken stuffing
2 tbsp ghee
2 onions
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 cup cooked chicken
1 tsp mint leaves
1 tsp coriander leaves
2 cups maida
Salt as needed
Oil as needed
Preparation
Step 1 (Egg stuffing)
Heat the pan
Add ghee, onion, green chillies, pepper powder, and eggs
Mix well
Add mint leaves, coriander leaves
Mix well and keep it separately
Step 2 (Chicken stuffing)
In a bowl, add onions, ginger garlic paste, salt, green chillies, turmeric powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, and garam masala
Mix well
Add cooked chicken cut into pieces, mint leaves, coriander leaves
Mix well and keep it aside
Step 3
Prepare the dough by mixing maida, oil, salt, and water until they are well combined with no lumps
Knead it until smooth
Divide and roll it into thin equal sized circles
Cook on a tawa until it turns light brown on both sides to make the crepe
Grease a wok with ghee and place it over low heat
Dip the crepe in milk and then in beaten egg
Place the crepe as the bottom layer in the pan
Spread the egg stuffing evenly over the crepe
Repeat the same with the second and third layering
Pour over leftover egg mix
Cover the pan with its lid and cook for 20 minutes on low flame
The same can be done with chicken stuffing
Cut it and serve it when it cools down
