Say cheers to mango cheese cake

A blend of ripe mangoes and cheese, it's one to be bowled over and a perfect dish for a summer treat. The fresh tropical fruit's flavour makes it taste absolutely sensational.
Ingredients
3 big mangoes
1 1/2 cups sugar
250 gm cream cheese
10-12 biscuits
1 packet butter
3 spoon gelatin (double boiled)
Preparation
Powder the biscuits and mix well with butter
Press the mix into cake moulds and set them in the freezer
Grind two mangoes thoroughly in the mixer without water
Blend well with cheese and sugar
Add two spoons of gelatin (double boiled) into the mix and blend well
Get the moulds out
Pour the mango mix over the set biscuits and keep in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes
To decorate
Set aside a mango in the fridge for a while to be cut into small pieces
Decorate the cake with the pieces (as shown in picture)
Pour a spoon of melted gelatin over it and allow it to set for another five minutes
Notes
Cream cheese can be substituted with paneer and yogurt
