Let's celebrate the versatility of paneer with this latest addition of a saucy curry with elaborately flavoured paneer!

Ingredients
200gm paneer
2 tbsp oil
3 green chillies
10 garlic pods
2 large onions, cut
¼ cup water
1dsp red chilli paste
1 dsp red chilli sauce
¼ cup vegetable stock
3 dsp corn flour
¼ cup vegetable stock
1 dsp soy sauce
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 capsicum, cut into square pieces
1 tbsp vinegar

Preparation
Cube the paneer and keep aside
Heat oil in a pan. Cut each of the chillies into four pieces, remove the grains inside and simmer in oil
Add 5 pods of garlic and keep simmering. Add the cut onions and paneer and mix well and stir in high heat
Add water, red chilli paste and red chilli sauce to mix and add vegetable stock and stir
Mix corn flour, vegetable stock, soy sauce and black pepper powder, and once this mix is blended well, it boils and thickens
Add the capsicum and 5 pods of garlic
Add vinegar to it, stir to mix and, remove from stove and serve hot immediately
