Ingredients
½ kg cottage cheese
1 tbsp ghee
¾ tsp carom seeds
6 tomatoes, ground and sieved
3 pods garlic, ground along with tomatoes
½ tsp garam masala powder
Chilli powder, as required
Salt, as required
¼ tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp sugar
1 green capsicum, grains removed and grated

    1 tbsp fresh cream



Preparation
Cut the cottage cheese in large cubes. Place in a nonstick pan over high flame and heat till it turns light brown. In the absence of nonstick pan, fry in a little oil
Heat the ghee. Add carom seeds. Keep in low flame for ten seconds
Add tomato and garlic paste. Keep the vessel closed and cook for five minutes
Add garam masala, salt, turmeric powder, tomato ketchup, sugar and chilli power to it and stir. Sauté for another five minutes more
Add grated capsicum to it and stir
Cook for two more minutes. Add fried cottage cheese to it and stir. Cook for five more minutes
Add fresh cream, remove from stove and serve hot
