Saucy lamb chops marinated with heady spices and cooked to a delicious gravy infused with the sweetness of fresh coconut milk.

Ingredients
1 kg lamb chops
2 tbsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp turmeric powder
¼ cup oil
2 medium large onions, thinly sliced
2 large pods garlic, crushed
3 red chilies, finely cut
2 green chilies, finely cut
1 ½ cup coconut milk
1 cup beef stock
200 g peas
½ cup cut coriander leaf

Preparation
Take lamb chops in a bowl, and marinate with a mix of garam masala, cumin powder, mustard seeds and turmeric powder and keep aside for some time
Heat two tablespoons of oil in a large pan. Add the marinated lamb chops slowly and wait till they brown
Take them off the pan and keep aside
Add the remaining oil to the same pan
Add onion, garlic, red chillies and green chillies and saute well, keeping on low flame
Add the fried chops and mix when the large onions become soft. Add coconut milk and stock to it. Keep closed on low flame letting it cook
Once it is cooked well, take off the lid, add green peas, mix well, cook and remove from stove
Garnish with cut coriander leaves and serve
