Ingredients

    150gm paneer
    2 dsp olive oil
    1 tsp black pepper crushed
    1 dsp butter
    Salt, as required


For the sauce

    1 raw mango, skinned and sliced
    1 cup mint
    2 spring onion
    2 dsp lemon juice
    2 green chillies
    Salt and black pepper powder, as required

Preparation

    Cut the paneer in 1 inch thickness into four inch cubes. Mix together olive oil, crushed black pepper, butter and salt and smear the paste on the paneer cubes. Keep for twenty minutes
    It can be thawed on heated greased pan, grilled and served with sauce
    For preparing sauce, mix the raw mano, mint, spring onion, lemon juice, green chillies, salt and black pepper and gently get it ground
