Preparation
Cook the green peas along with a salt
Grind to a thick, coarse paste
Now, take the wheat flour, add salt, oil, and knead into soft dough while adding adequate warm water
Keep aside for 30 minutes
For the stuffing, heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Add chopped onions, green chillies and saute well
Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a few more minutes
Add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and a little bit of salt
Add the ground peas paste to the pan and blend well until all the water evaporates and it becomes a thick mixture
Take the dough, divide into equal pieces and make balls. Take one, flatten it out and roll it out into a smaller circle. Use wheat or maida flour to dust the parathas
Now, take 2 tbsp of the stuffing, make a small ball of it, and keep it in the center of the paratha
Gather the sides and bring to the top, lightly press against the ball and then flatten it out again
Heat a griddle or tawa, lay the rolled out paratha on it. Drizzle a little oil over it when you start spotting bubbles and flip it for the other side to cook

Drizzle another tsp of oil on the other side and cook both sides well. Make the rest of the parathas the same way, serve hot with chutney
