An easy chicken recipe that can be a snack or a starter, or can even be placed as a side dish, the chicken cornflakes fry is a quick charmer!
Ingredients
¼ kg chicken breast, sliced long
1 tsp garlic paste
½ tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
Salt, as required
Cornflakes, as required
1 egg, beaten
Oil, for frying
Preparation
Take the sliced chicken pieces
Make a mix of garlic, Kashmiri chilli powder and salt and marinate the chicken with it. Keep for an hour
Powder cornflakes by hand. Make sure it does not crumble too much
Take beaten egg in a vessel. Dip chicken pieces into it. Wrap them in cornflakes and fry in oil
Rava can be used instead of cornflakes. If sliced in larger pieces, it can be served along with rice
