Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
2 tbsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together to make a smooth batter
Rest the batter for 30 mins
Grease a small pan and put it on low flame
When the pan is hot, add ¼ cup batter
Tilt the pan in a circular motion
Flip it over after 30 seconds
Remove from fire and serve with desired filling
