A four ingredient sweet snack, this is easy for the kids to make. Try it out after a scrumptious dinner.
Ingredients
100gm digestive biscuit
½ tin condensed milk
30 roasted and finely diced cashew nut
Sufficient quantity coconut, grated and water removed by keeping in oven
Preparation
Grind the biscuit well. Add condensed milk and blend well
Add cashew nut to it and mix. Make it ready to be rolled
Roll lengthwise to make it like wooden. Roll further in grated coconut and keep in fridge
Cut in small pieces and serve
If the mixture is extra moist while rolling, add more biscuit while rolling
