Ingredients
250gm small potatoes
1 small apple
1 small green capsicum
2 leaf celery
3 tbsp thick curd
3 tbsp mayonnaise
½ tsp mustard
Salt, as required
½ tsp pepper powder
½ tsp sugar

Preparation
Boil the potatoes, peel the skin and chop them
Chop the apple and capsicum into small pieces and mix with the potato
Blend together curd, mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, pepper powder and salt
Add to the potato mix
Slice the celery and garnish the salad with it
