Ingredients
For the base
4 ladles of salted dosa batter
4 tbsp oil
For toppings
¾ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
¼ cup tomato sauce
¼ cup garlic chutney
1 capsicum, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
½ cup sweet corn, cooked
4 tbsp Italian seasoning
Preparation
Heat a pan and spread some oil on it
Pour a ladle-full of batter on it and spread it evenly in round shape
When the dosa is cooked, spread 1 tbsp of garlic chutney and tomato sauce on top of it evenly
Now spread the chopped toppings on the dosas
Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on them
Cover the pan with a lid and cook until the cheese melts
Sprinkle Italian seasoning to your taste
The pizza dosa is ready to be served
