Ingredients
½ cup coconut grated
1 onion finely chopped
1 tsp fennel crushed
2 cup rice flour
3 cup boiled water
Oil as required
Salt to taste
Preparation
Combine the coconut, onion and fennel together and rub hard with your fingers.
Add the boiled water to the rice flour in a pan and stir adding salt.
Add the coconut mix to it and knead to a stiff dough.
Scoop small portions of the dough and flatten on your creased palm to make small sized pooris.
Heat the oil in another pan and deep fry them till golden brown.
Serve hot.
