Ingredients
1 cup French beans cut into two inch pieces
1 cup carrots sliced in shapes
1/2 cup potatoes slices
1/2 cup bottle guard sliced
1 tbsp oil
2 onions sliced
1 tbsp garlic, crushed
1 tbsp dried red chilies
1 tsp black pepper
Salt as required
Preparation
Boil water in a vessel and add the vegetables one by one
When they are partially cooked, drain the water and set aside
Heat oil in a pan and saute onions in it
Add crushed garlic, red chilies and pepper to it and saute well
Now add the cooked vegetables and salt to the pan
Sir fry for some time and take off the stove
Serve hot with rice
