Full of antioxidants, the kodo millet is one of the most beneficial grains/cereals. A kodo millet dosa or sweet pancake is a super breakfast to keep diabetics in check.

Ingredients
100gm Refined flour
150gm Kodo millet flour
75gm sugar
20ml honey
180ml milk
7.5gm baking powder
3 eggs
2gm walnuts (chopped)
10gm raisins
1 mint sprig
50ml clarified butter

Preparation
Put refined flour, kodo millet flour, sugar and baking powder in a mixing bowl
Gradually add honey, beaten eggs and milk to it
Whisk until a smooth batter of pouring consistency is made
Strain the batter through a fine sieve
Rest the batter for three to four hours
Heat the hotplate on medium flame
Grease the hotplate with butter and pour the batter into small pancakes on it
Serve it hot with maple syrup, clarified butter, honey, chopped nuts and whipped cream
