Muffins need not be always sweet; try these savoury cheese muffins that are ideal options for your evening snack during the rains

Ingredients
1 ½ cups maida
2 tbsp corn flour
5 tbsp milk powder
½ cup fresh corn kernels
3 tbsp spring onion
2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
¼ cup paneer
½ cup capsicum
1-2 green chillies chopped
2 cloves crushed garlic
½ cup fresh buttermilk
¼ cup oil
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
Oregano to sprinkle
A few coriander leaves, shredded

Preparation
Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius
Sieve all the dry ingredients
In another bowl, add buttermilk, oil, green chillies, corn, paneer, cheese, capsicum, garlic, spring onion, coriander leaves and oregano
Add wet ingredients to flour mixture and stir lightly. Do not overdo the mixing
The batter should not be very thick. If it€™s thick, dilute it by adding some buttermilk
Pour batter neatly into the greased muffin tray
Bake it for 18-20 minutes until they turn a light brown at the top
