A tassty snack for the evening, where marinated chicken pieces are fried along with chosen veggies. Get your kids to cook this easy recipe and they'd love it!

Ingredients
200gm boneless chicken chopped into small pieces
1 onion
1 capsicum
200gm cheese
200gm mushrooms
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp ginger-garlic paste
Salt, as required
1 egg, beaten
Bread powder, as required
Oil, to fry

Preparation
Chop the onions, capsicum, cheese and mushroom in the same size as that of the chicken pieces
Mix pepper powder, chilli powder, coriander powder turmeric powder and ginger-garlic paste. Marinate this on the chopped onions, capsicum, cheese, mushroom and chicken pieces
On a long narrow stick or skewer, place the chicken, onion slices and capsicum slices alternatively, yet very closely. Place this on the beaten eggs mixture, and then on the bread powder
Heat oil in a pan and fry this until it becomes golden brown in colour
Served this hot
