Ingredients
2 apples, diced
¼ cup yellow capsicum
¼ cup green capsicum
¼ cup red capsicum
2-3 stems of celery
For dressing
¼ raw mango
½ cup coriander leaves
8-10 garlic cloves
¼ cup olive oil
To garnish
A handful of walnuts
Preparation
Grind all the ingredients for the dressing together with olive oil
Mix all the other ingredients with the dressing
Garnish with walnuts and serve
