Kebabs are a treat during the Ramadan season. This kebab is relatively easy to prepare—chicken pieces marinated in creamy yogurt and cheese and then toasted on a grill.

Ingredients
1 kg boneless chicken pieces
5 tsp garlic paste
5 tsp ginger paste
Juice of 2 lemons
Salt for taste
½ cup curd
10 tsp cashew nut paste
50 gm grated cheese
3 tsp white pepper powder
6 chillies ground to paste
5 tsp fresh cream
5 tsp olive oil
1 pinch cardamom powder
Oil as required

Preparation
Clean the chicken pieces and marinate them in a paste of garlic, ginger and lemon juice Keep aside for 30 minutes
Grill the marinated chicken on a hot tawa
Make a paste of the curd, cashew paste, cheese, pepper, chilli paste, fresh cream, salad oil, cardamom powder and salt 
Dip the grilled chicken pieces in this paste to coat evenly. 
On a hot tawa, add some oil and sauté the chicken pieces till they brown.
