Who wouldn’t love a nice chicken dinner – be it fried, grilled, baked, broasted or curried? Talking of flavours, we have the Lebanese, Turkish, Thai, Lankan, Arabian and, of course, the Kozhikodan versions of chicken. Not to be left out are the popular buys like the garlic mayo, sweet chilli, hot peri peri, barbecue, smoky, wraps, fillet and nugget varieties.

But not all can be tempted to try these out for fear of those nagging ailments caused by bad cholesterol and high blood pressure. For all those who chicken out of rich chicken dishes, here’s one low on fat and cholesterol. Grab it and go for it.
