Crunchy macaroni with an Indian twist

Mac and cheese and plain Arrabiatas are old school. It's time to give your favorite curved macaroni pasta a makeover. Try out our crunchy macaroni recipe to taste a never-before-seen version of pasta. It looks like bolognese, tastes like curry and smells like heaven.
Ingredients
1 cup Double Horse Macaroni
3-4 tbsp oil
2 onions finely chopped
1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp cumin powder
2 spring onions chopped
1 cup minced meat
1 1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 cup tomato puree
Salt as required
Preparation
Cook macaroni in hot boiling salted water
Drain and rinse in cold water and set aside
Heat oil in a frying pan or wok
Saute onions and ginger garlic paste
When the onions turn soft, add cumin powder and onions chopped, mix well
Add in the minced meat and stir well
Add pepper powder and tomato puree, stir thoroughly
When the meat is cooked, add macaroni
Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes
Add some spring onions before serving
