Ingredients
½ kg chicken
2 tsp Double Horse ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp lime juice
1 cup coconut oil
Salt as required
Preparation
Wash the chicken pieces and place them in a bowl
Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, coriander powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, and lime juice
Mix well and coat the chicken pieces in the masala
Set it aside for marinating
After half an hour, heat oil in a frying pan
Add chicken pieces to the oil
Fry on medium heat until both sides turn light brown
When done, drain the pieces
Garnish with fried curry leaves and serve hot
