Ingredients
2 cups of low-fat milk
1 cup grated paneer
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp corn flour
Few strands of saffron
1 tbsp sugar substitute
1 tsp chopped almonds and pistachios

Preparation
Heat milk and paneer on a non-stick pan
Stir continuously
Add sugar substitute and cardamom
Garnish with almonds and pistachios
Serve chilled
