Craving for something sweet and not chocolaty? Try this melt-in-your mouth, rich, condensed milk-coconut balls in this festival season. And they are easy to whip up.
Ingredients
5 cups of grated coconut
1 can condensed milk
1 cup milk powder
2 tsp ghee
Preparation
Heat ghee in a pan
Add the grated coconut to the pan and stir until the color changes slightly
Add condensed milk and milk powder, mix well
When it leaves the sides of the pan, turn off the stove and allow it to cool down
Apply some oil on your hand
Take a pinch of the mixture and roll them using hands into lemon sized balls
Roll them in grated coconut for garnishing before serving
