Ingredients
18 Marie biscuits
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
4 tbsp cocoa powder
200 gm butter
300 gm icing sugar
1 egg yolk

Preparation
Sift the cocoa and the icing sugar
Place the butter in a pan over a double boiler
As it melts, add the sieved icing sugar to the butter mixture and stir well
Remove from flame, continue to stir then add beaten egg yolk
Stir until chocolate appears shining
Line a dish with a layer of biscuits and add some chocolate mixture on top of it, repeat the process
Keep the Danish chocolate in freezer until set
